Liaise with property managers to arrange home inspections.
Our consultants attend home inspections on your behalf or if you prefer, we can view the property with you.
You will receive a non-biased detailed property report after each inspection and we will advise you if we would recommend submitting an application.
We will assist with completion of tenancy applications (including tips on how to apply for a property in WA and all supporting documentation required).
We also negotiate the terms and conditions of the lease with yourself and the leasing agent and submit an application on your behalf.
We advise you of the next steps once an application has been accepted.
