Perth Home Search Service (prior to, or on arrival)

• We obtain your home search “wish-list” so we can assist you to find a suitable property within your budget and preferred area.

• We will forward your specific requirements to our extensive list of real estate agents and source properties that may be coming up or may not yet be advertised.

• Source, inspect and prepare a short-list of properties we believe are suitable for you.

• Liaise with property managers to arrange home inspections.

• Accompanying you to inspect each property, or our consultants will attend home inspections on your behalf.

• Forward a non-biased detailed property report to you after each property inspection including positive and negative aspects of the property and our recommendation on submitting an application.

• Assist with completion of tenancy applications (including tips on how to apply for a property in WA and all documentation required).

• Negotiate the terms and conditions of the lease application with yourself and the leasing agent and submit an application on your behalf.

• Advise you of the procedure once an application has been accepted.

• Free Utilities connections on securing a property.

• On Going support by telephone or email – post relocation.

FEE INCLUSIONS FOR THE HOME SEARCH SERVICE

Our Home Search Package is for up to 5 hours of service including liaising with our clients and property managers via email or telephone, travel time to and from home inspections, property inspection reports, negotiating terms and conditions of lease and submission of tenancy applications.  Any additional hours will be charged at $135.00 per hour + GST. Additional fees will also apply for property inspections in the outer suburbs of Perth and property inspections conducted on weekends will incur a fee of $65+GST.

Important: On acceptance of the lease terms and conditions, all queries and questions relating to your tenancy must be directed to the leasing agent.   

Perth Orientation (Half Day - 4 Hours)

Perth half day orientation is designed to provide reassurance to clients and their families when relocating to Perth.  Clients tell us that adjusting to a new environment and finding a new home are the two most stressful aspects of relocating.  Our objective is to ensure that every client relocating to Perth feels comfortable and familiar with their surroundings.  You choose how your orientation is conducted, focusing on the key areas that concern you.

Please note: The orientation service does not include home inspections. Any additional hours outside the orientation time will be charged at $95.00 per hour + GST.

Additional Services include:

Accompany you to school appointments if required. Please note school tours are by appointment only and need to be arranged prior to your arrival. Not all schools allow tours and some tours are conducted on nominated days. We will co-ordinate appointments accordingly if given sufficient notice.  Minimum 2 hours per child.

Airport Welcome & Transfers

We will arrange for you to be greeted by our driver on your arrival at Perth International or domestic terminal.  They will take care of you and your belongings, transporting you to your designated accommodation.  This is a one off fee.

Car Purchase

Should you wish to purchase a vehicle, we can accompany you to a reputable dealer who personally takes care of New In Town clientele. (Price includes a consultant for 3 hours and excludes cost of car).
