Jacqui has personally experienced life as an expat, having moved interstate numerous times with her husband and two boys.  These sometimes stressful but life-changing events have made her aware of what really matters when relocating to a new place.

Jacqui can understand and empathise with her clients, because she has also experienced the concerns and important considerations involved when relocating interstate or overseas.  The stress of leaving family and friends, and all the comforts of home, while also having to adjust to life in a new city can be overwhelming.

For twelve years, Jacqui was employed by Australian Red Cross - the world's largest humanitarian organisation.  Working with members from culturally diverse backgrounds was ideally suited to Jacqui's warm and friendly nature.

Megan grew up in Perth’s Swan Valley region and has lived in various other suburbs in Perth. She understands the importance of moving with children and is passionate about family.

Megan has lived in Perth all of her life so has a good all-round knowledge of what Perth has to offer. She enjoys catching up with friends, visiting new cafes and restaurants, attends regular local events and likes to keep up to date with what’s on in Perth. Megan has a fascination for both military and family history and is lucky enough to enjoy travelling overseas on a regular basis.  Megan is a devoted mother of two young adult children and always puts family first. She understands the challenges of moving to a new city with a young family. Megan looks forward to helping families find a new home, settle-in, begin their new life here and possibly even encourage them to follow the West Coast Eagles!

Born and raised in the western suburbs of Perth, Lisa is passionate and knowledgeable about everything that our wonderful city has to offer.

Lisa has been with New In Town for over 5 years.  She is understanding and compassionate when it comes to her role as a consultant, as a wife and a mother to 3 children, is particularly focused on family matters.  Lisa has a very good knowledge of dance, netball and other sports for young children.  She also understands that finding the right home in a good area and being part of a community, is a priority.
